Absolute Property Care is looking for Floaters to help with a large client. Base of Operations is in Denver but a willingness to drive is ideal for this position. As needs arise floaters fill in for a night or sometimes a few days depending on the situation. Some examples would be Leave of Absences, Call Ins, Starting of new accounts as examples. If you like a change of scenery within a routine based industry then contact us.

Scope of Work includes:

Cleaning Offices
Cleaning and Stocking bathrooms
Vacuuming/Mopping floors etc

Individuals interested in this position must exhibit the following:

Read and Write English
Posses their own transportation such as a car and drivers license
Must past a background check
Has flexibility/ availability to receive and answer communication from management
Has the ability to be available to add work to the night
Ability and willingness to work in the evenings
Apply a standard to each property taht is to be cleaned that night
Trustworthy and comfortable with alarms

Previous experience of floating is a plus but not necessary.
